Hello there, can one be assured that the tier-4 removes discretionary powers? secondly, the point system says nothing about family sponsorship. Is it no more possible to get a sponsorship letter from extended family members for visa purposes?

Under the new rules, any sponsor (unless official) must make the cash available in a bank account that has your name on it.

www.educationuk-in.org is a good way to begin your research. MBA fees vary widely and can start from 8000 GBP to over 20000 GBP for the course.
